Hello all.

I recently had a little experiment with shipping to the USA, everyone who bought a print from the USA will have it delivered (hopefully), but I’m essentially losing money from the get go, so It isn’t worth it at the current price points.

It costs me £17 for a shipping label to the USA, which means I actually lose money every time I sell a £10 print, so I’m changing the pricing so that international shipping to North America will now cost £17 (or $20). This is a ridiculous amount of money in my opinion for what’s basically just an A4 letter, so I do not expect anybody to pay it, but the option is there for now until I can find a way to print on US soil and avoid all that nonsense (which I don’t expect to be soon).

Again, If you’ve purchased a print from the USA, you will still receive it, I’m happy to take a loss for my mistakes, this is just a learning curve for me and the good news is I’m still in profit thanks to my domestic UK buyers.

Thank you for your patience as I go through and correct everything and make sure it’s consistent across my two shop platforms.

I’ve received really high quality art photography prints through Nation’s Photo Lab! https://www.nationsphotolab.com

This is in no way an ad/plug, but I’m really sad to see that shipping to the US is so pricey, bc I desperately want a print of the weevil in front of the computer for my desk!

I print everything myself at home so I can verify the quality before sending it out, that’s why international shipping is so expensive. Going third party with my printing just adds another hurdle I don’t want to deal with and will likely add unneccesary costs. My prints are as cheap as they can be while still making it worth getting out of bed to go to the post office, but other than that there isn’t much I can do right now.
